Factory-built units are assembled while your site work and foundation go in, so the two halves of the schedule run at the same time instead of one after the other. Less time on site means less time carrying financing before the first rent cheque.

Common questions
Do I need to own land already?
No. We work with owners who already have a lot and with buyers still evaluating properties. Site evaluation is part of our scope.
Can modular work for rental buildings?
Yes. The same factory process covers duplexes, fourplexes, purpose-built rentals and larger multi-unit housing, with every unit on one schedule.
How customizable are the plans?
Start from a Royal Homes plan and tailor layout, finishes and fixtures. Fully custom drawings are also possible.
